I’m sure many College coaches are contractually disallowed from making statements like this. Personally, I’m horrified by the USA turning a medical issue between patient and doctor into a legal issue. In some States the rapist is better protected than a victim.

  1. Then pass a Constitutional Amendment protecting abortion. The Supreme Court is not supposed to say what is good or bad, but just to rule on the law. And if you look at the text of the Constitution, there is nothing about abortion in there. And several states regulated it at the time of the drafting, including of the 14th Amendment. Roe v Wade was always a legal joke. Just legislation from on high. Not what the Court is supposed to do.

    So get busy…and pass a Constitutional Amendment. That’s how you make something a Constitutional right.
