FLEXIN’ ON EM 🤯
University of Iowa gymnast Jax Kranitz might have started an epic new flex challenge that we absolutely will not be trying 😂

I am far from this flexibility (and old and fat), but was able to do it easily in the following fashion:
1. By drawing my bent (frogged) legs to each side.
2. Then bridging using my forehead, to allow pulling legs under me into a kneeling position.
3. Rocking back into a kneeling position.
4. Standing up.
