  2. ok, let me respectfully ask: where does it state that she is LEGALLY PROHIBITED from speaking with the survivors? In US criminal law, a defendant can waive one’s right to an attorney…..this is civil law….what prohibits her from meeting with survivors (with or without attorney present)? citation? this is not meant as a “slam” on Ms. Leung, but absent documentation (citation), not meeting “on the advice of counsel” is a very different thing than it being “prohibited”…..
