💪 LETS TALK STRENGTH TRAINING! 💪 . . I’ve put together a snapshot of one of my general conditioning sessions. This shows one of the thirty minute conditioning sessions my athletes complete on a weekly basis. . . I usually plan 3 to 4 individual conditioning workouts like this per week. The reps and set change to gradually increase the difficulty over a four to five week block. Then I plan a new program which builds on the previous one in intensity or complexity of movement. . . All the exercises you see in the video are done for usually 8-10 reps and for 2-3 sets depending on the week of the conditioning program. This is the final week of the four week program and I was really happy with the quality shown. . . Drop any questions, advice or constructive criticism you may have in the comments.
