Watching 12 Yurchenko fulls made for a dull dual meet in the past. I feel devaluing that vault to 9.95 maximum has worked. There’s more incentive for other vaults. Like this one. 🙂

In the JO code it is called a Garbarino after Kristine Garbarino.
