Surprising to me was seeing Kōhei Uchimura – JPN – 2007-2021 only ranked 14th.

I think Uchimura being 14th is actually pretty impressive because he competed after event specialists became a thing. I might be spacing out, but I’m pretty sure most of the ones ahead of him were from the era of all arounders. A lot harder to win an event medal as an all-arounder against event specialists.
