As Caio Souza competed at Worlds 2019, Paul and Diego each earn a quota spot for their nations in Tokyo.

I should say, there are Canadian men wishing they could be there. But Canada decided not to attend due to COVID.

The American men are departing after day 1, as a precaution. Less risk of infection.
