USAG Men’s Age Group Nationals

… Men’s all-around and individual event titles were awarded in Junior Elite and Junior National divisions for Levels 8, 9 and 10.

Regional team champions were also named for each division, while Junior National club team championships were awarded by level.

Levels are determined by age and skill level. Level 8 is comprised of athletes who are 11 or 12 years old. Level 9 consists of 13 and 14-year-olds, and Level 10 is split between two age divisions: 15-16 year olds and 17-18 year olds. …

Lais Najjar has an FIG licence with Syria. In fact he competed for Syria at the 2019 Jr World Championships.
