Starting Salary for a Head Coach with equivalent of Level 3 Artistic Gymnastics would be $50,000-60,000/year (depending on experience) including a benefit package paid 80% by the employer, negotiable depending on credentials.
If applying as a head coach assistant coach team, the secondary person’s wage would start at $40,000/year including a benefit package paid 80% by the employer, negotiable depending on the success of the organization.
