How does it work?
- Athlete wears a body harness that attaches to the middle of the mechanism
- The athlete is secured tightly around the waist and close to the bar
- The athlete completes the number of flips required for the dive
- The athlete then holds at the vertical position and the spotter stops the wheel

Thanks Tom.

This strikes me as dumb. How about you use a trampoline and generate the rotation yourself…much better sport specific simulation. The coach is here supporting the simulation anyway, so the coach could be longing the athlete on a trampoline to support head first entry. Don’t have a coach who knows how to longe? Fine…bungee tramp. I don’t see this revolutionizing anything.
