… Moldauer (87.60) and Bower (87.30) were involved in yet another fantastic all-around competition. Their battle with Modi was vintage collegiate gymnastics.
Bower was leading going into the final rotation, with all three gymnasts able to win it. Modi emerged the winner by the slimmest of margins. Only 0.6 points separated the three. The contest ended exactly the way it should have… In the final rotation! It was the last time the three would ever compete together in the collegiate ranks, and it was perfect! …
