9AM – Go to Gym for Stretching & Body Conditioning
12PM – Lunch w/ Alisher
2PM – Back to Gym for Gymnastics practice: Vault, Bars & Beam
5PM – Recovery
6PM – Dinner
7PM – Spend time with husband and Alister
