It was a historic day for Scottish gymnastics, as the Scottish men’s team — Adam Cox, Liam Davie, Frank Baines, Daniel Purvis and Daniel Keatings — won Scotland’s first-ever team medal in gymnastics, tallying 257.603 to finish with silver.

Wales won an equally historic Bronze in the team event.

“We didn’t expect to win a medal,” Theaker said. “Our legs were shaking and we were crying when we found out that we had got a medal.” …
