This is heartbreaking! Not only for the gymnastics community, people who love and respect Tracee but as a mother myself of young children, it’s un-imagineable.
Awful. I’ve always loved Tracee and can’t imagine how she is coping. Prayers sent.

Tracee Talavera is one of my all-time favorite gymnasts (we’re about the same age and I grew up wishing I were her!). Every once in a while I Google her to see if I can find any news, but this is NOT what I expected to see, and it’s just devastating. I’ve always thought that there are few things worse than a parent losing a child, and my heart aches for her. I hope she knows that there are many people, including those she doesn’t know, who have her and her husband in their thoughts and prayers. Take care, Tracee, we love you!
