Chinese gymnast Sang Lan recently got engaged to her agent Huang Jian. Reports say the two will get married by the end of this year.
“I’m not 20 anymore. What I need is a simple [kind of] happiness,”Sang explained.
Sang Lan was paralyzed after a fateful fall at the 1998 Goodwill Games in New York. A wheelchair has become an indispensable part of her life ever since. Sang was pushed to the point of public scrutiny several times after the accident, especially when she filed a lawsuit in the U.S. …
