This summer at camp George Novak was showing kids super slow motion. It’s different. It’s better. I’m thinking it will be much more effective.

That’s normal. Broken blood vessels. No serious harm done.

She had some explaining to do next day at work.

After a few days training her wrists will get “used to it” and show less colour. Padding would help, too.

Far more compelling than MIOBI.

Though I had two Facebook friends threaten to cancel their accounts last week, I still feel the benefits of internet sharing far outweigh risks.
