Update from my friend Pascal Tremblay:

This is a Trempo-Tramp from Gymnova

That trempo-tremp have been use on competition in Quebec since 2010 and is now part of the FGQ required equipment on competition.

Since ABEO (owner of Gymnova) bought SA Sports some R&D exchange between both companies will happen in the future.

I’d incorrectly identified it as an SA mini.
