Rewriting Russian Gymnastics has a wrap-up of their prelims competition.

Some speculate that the injury to Aliya Mustafina helped the rest of the team step up.

Japan, Canada leading at Worlds

so far … #Glasgow2015

Japan had a fantastic meet. I could see them finishing as high as 4th in prelims.

Canada had an excellent competition, as well.

College girl Brittany Rogers is back and looks even better than at the Olympics when Canada finished an historic 5th as a team.

MVP of the day just might have to go to Victoria Woo who competed 1st on all 4 apparatus. And rocked it.
