Southeast Missouri wins MIC Championship

Southeast Missouri Gymnastics captured the 2026 Midwest Independent Conference Championship on Friday night with a 194.950 at CEFCU Arena, marking the program’s fifth MIC title in the 50th season of the program. SEMO Gymnastics secured the title for the first time in 11 years with the last conference title coming in 2014.
