proposal – Elena Davydova for interim CDN Team Director

Elena Davydova is a top Canadian coach, judge and is a current member of FIG WTC.

A friend suggested she’d be an ideal person to step in to the position short term. Dave Brubaker, current Women’s National Team Director, was put on administrative leave December 15, 2017 pending a February court date.

I have no idea whether or not Elena would be interested.

    1. I’m quite sure members of FIG MTC have been employees of Federations in the past. Hardy Fink included.

      Nellie Kim was vice president of the Belarusian Gymnastics Federation … though I don’t know if she was paid.

      Certainly it could be a BIG conflict of interest. But has been common practice in the past.
