Right now, the code favors big gymnastics…to do that you need to be very strong so it is beneficial to those athletes that are. Like I said before, I think the code will keep being tweaked until there is more of an emphasis on both artistry and big skills. …

What are you finding enjoyable about your life AFTER competitive gymnastics?

That there is life outside gymnastics!! …and how so many lessons I have learned carry over. I love spending more time with my family. Love being married. I like that I am still very involved in gymnastics by judging and coaching. …
