I’ve frequently linked to the fantastic Gymneo WAG coaching videos out of France.
Yes, they are in French … and it’s like they’ve got a different word for everything. 🙂
Happily, the video graphics are superb.

Angelo Ritorto of Gymneo offered me a chance to review the full site. I’m working through it starting today.
So far they have 15 gymnastics “courses” posted. More are being added.
Each is broken into 7 parts:
