The biggest left, in my opinion, is that she’s unwilling to send gymnasts to international meets where they have any chance at all of being underscored.

UPDATE: Commenters noted that The U.S. Universiade squad is selected by USIUSF (United States International University Sports Federation) who govern university sport. USAG may have very little input as to whether or not the USA attends.
