Dr. Michael Evans is a practicing family doctor and associate professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Toronto.
He is internationally renowned for innovation in engaging the public about health. Examples include the viral YouTube video “23 and 1/2 hours”, his national CBC radio show, and founding a “Mini-Med School” for the public at the U of T. He is currently directing Health Design Lab at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute and partnering with YouTube on a series for the public.
