Handstand, Strength and Flexibility
Cabins choose one camper to represent them in each of the three challenges. First, our campers showed their strength by seeing who could hold an L-seat for the longest amount of time. Then, campers are asked to perform a set of flexibility skills to see who’s got what it takes to be the most flexible camper on campus! Finally, it’s the camper who can hold the longest handstand around!
