This week’s Workout Wednesday features one of the top teams in Texas, Metroplex Gymnastics. Gymnastike visited Metroplex in Allen, Texas on November 1st, 2012 to see how their strong optional team is preparing for the upcoming season. The head team coaches are Gina Logan and Marnie Futch.
