Today’s gymnastics workout video features one of the top clubs in Illinois and Region 5, the Illinois Gymnastics Institute. Watch as their optional gymnasts prepare for their home meet, the 2012 IGI Chicago Style, and ultimately to peak at the Region 5 Championships and JO Nationals. The IGI team features 10 seniors going off to represent collegiate teams around the country.
