This week’s gymnastics workout video features the team who won seven gold medals at last year’s JO Nationals, Brown’s Gymnastics of Las Vegas.
Just a few days after this workout was filmed, senior Randii Wyrick achieved her goal of qualifying to the 2012 Nastia Liukin Cup with an amazing all around score of 38.60. Wyrick is the reigning JO National Champion on vault and has signed to compete for LSU next season. Elizabeth Gangale is the reigning JO National All Around and Vault champion for the junior B division, making incredible strides to go from last to first place at Nationals in one year!
