This week’s gymnastics workout video features one of the top NCAA teams in the country and the Big 10 Champions, the University of Michigan. This workout was filmed just a couple weeks before the Wolverines won their 5th straight Big 10 team title. In the national rankings, senior Kylee Botterman has held the #1 ranking in the all around most of the season and Michigan has consistently been in the top 10. UM will be hosting one of six NCAA Regional Championships this weekend (TODAY) and plan to be one of 12 teams to advance to the 2011 NCAA National Championships.
