Mr. Holt, a US citizen, was named after an extensive international search, is charged with the preparation of Scotland’s senior team for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and the overall development of the men’s sporting discipline in Scotland. …
He has coached at the All-African Games, Commonwealth Games, and at 13 different World Championships for 6 different Federations, resulting in Olympic qualification of individual athletes in 2000, 2004, and 2008. …
