LIVE scores. You could try the LIVE video, too.

LIVE jots …

Rotation 1 – Nebraska probably has the least difficulty on Bars of the 6 teams. But they HIT. Good landings. 49.300.

Utah hits beam. Respect. They won’t be 6th of 6 as they were in 2010. Smart – gainer dismounts are easy to stick. Canadian Gael Mackie anchored the team with an entertaining, interesting set … 9.825 seems low.

Rotation 2 – Oklahoma’s Floor was entertaining. But UCLA is the class of the NCAA when it comes to choreography. Nice job, Syd. MucCullough’s is still my favourite routine of the year. … Courtney anchors for 9.825, my least favourite routine in their line-up. She’s taped for hamstring.

Scores for Alabama’s Vault in the first rotation some thought high 49.575. To me it looked like Oklahoma was better, but only scored 49.350. Review the video.

LOVE those Michigan monster Tkachevs. Great Bars rotation 49.375.

Nebraska tough on Beam for 48.875 after Maddie Steinauer falls.

Rotation 3 – UCLA towels down the Yurchenko mat, board and horse after each competitor. Good job on this apparatus today. GREAT landings. 49.50 … lower than Alabama. hmm

Michigan fall on Beam for Sexton. (Front tuck.) And a fall for Zurales. … They cannot win counting a fall.

Utah has the least tumbling difficulty of the Super 6, but showed nice, clean routines. 49.050

Half way through the meet Alabama and UCLA tied …

Rotation 4 – Nebraska impressive tumbling. I always expect good tumbling and vault from the Huskers. Evanstad gorgeous 9.90.

Alabama rockin’ Beam. … 9.95 for Kim Jacob the high score of the meet on that apparatus. Deserved? … Kayla Hoffman falls. Pressure is on the last 2 competitors for the Tide. … Wow – double pike dismount DeMeo. And Stack-Eaton hits. Whew. … Both Alabama and UCLA have had one fall, but it didn’t hurt the team score too badly.

Rotation 4 – Since Alabama got through Beam with a 49.350, I’m guessing (and tweeting) they will win. … UCLA still has Bars and Beam to compete.

UCLA Bars EHH early release on double layout dismount = big step.

MIchigan Round-off double pike, you don’t see that often. … many variations of headspring on Floor at this meet. I like them. Fall Sexton. Botterman wonderful routine to anchor.

Oklahoma killing it on Beam, the best team so far. … 49.425. What’s happening with all those relatively poor Sheep Jumps? … Getting deducted, or not?

Oklahoma finishes with 197.250. Enough to win? … Nebraska 196.725

Rotation 6 – A thriller.

Sweet Home Alabama … XLNT first routine on Floor for Jacob. Sweet double layout for Gutierrez. ‘Bama scores seem low to me.

UCLA on Beam. EHH shaky 9.825. McCullough saves a fall. Peszek big wobble … STUCK dismount though.

Michigan not strong on Vault landings. Doesn’t hurt the team score much.
