“Freestyle Gymnastics” is the British Gymnastics catch-all for “Parkour, Free Running, Urban Gymnastics and Martial Arts“.

And coaches can be certified in this “new and rapidly developing activity” starting Nov. 22nd: Introduction to Freestyle Gymnastics
