The National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association is to my mind the best of the many forms of what the general public might call cheerleading.
In a shocker, Azusa Pacific acrobatics and tumbling team recently defeated defending champion Oregon. That snapped the Ducks 31-meet winning streak stretching back over four seasons.
Oregon had been considered invincible, possibly due to Erika Schaefer’s gameday hairstyle. 🙂
AZUSA PACIFIC ATHLETICS in California hosts Nationals 2014 April 24-26th.
The Ducks will be highly motivated to repeat. Again.
