Gymneo, from France, sells books and posters.
But the real buzz is for their new online video tutorials. 6 1/2 hours in total. In French.
How long will it be before they offer the same product with voice over in English?
I assembled their free Stalder teasers to see the sequence of instruction.

Mark Folger posted a series of Sole Circle and Stalder drills for beginners. He’d like to see girls compete those elements as early as Level 5 in the new J.O. 2013-2017 rules.
I agree with Mark’s introduction to that post:
… Have you ever wondered if toe shoots (sole circles) may be easier for some of your gymnasts to learn than clear hips? Do you have talented gymnasts who struggle with free hips? My personal experiences would have me answer yes to both of these questions. …

I will admit that for men’s and women’s bar work, stalders and endos were by far my favorite elements – they embody power and grace in one element, and you can tell when one is done well… it just has a certain WOW factor..
I believe wholly that they are easier to learn than free hips. In fact, I think they are a lead up to free hips, and a good step in progressing to powerful free hips for building solid release skills like a hindorf, or even teaching control required for giants.
The videos are good. As always, there’s more than one way to do a dislocate…
