#%!K, for an 11yr old I am seriously impressed… I mean seriously she is doing Olympic level routines, looks to be in good health (hopefully dismounts don’t often look like that).. Nice work coach and gymnast. That being said sounds like the 80′s Russian style of instruction still lives on
