The more I watch Acrobatic gymnastics, the more I like it. Super human physical ability, great control, lovely execution … and a far lower injury rate than Artistic.

The focus of this quad has been artistry and I think its shows! I think acrobats are lucky to have that emphasis (10 whole marks dedicated it), it makes for a very visually pleasing sport!

Hopefully the link works ( posting from my phone). This dance is fantastic especially considering they’re 11-16 age group. They won worlds in their category.
