Rings – new Iron Cross record

Jenna Weinerman emails to let us know that coach Zak Kerkoulas set a new Guinness World Record at Chelsea Piers, New York – 39.23 seconds!

It’s yet to be official. But Zak broke the previous record by 6.39 seconds

Actually the current world record is 22sec, as recorded in the Guiness Book, under Roman Cross i think its called.

As i know there have been plenty of people who have done above that 22sec, but the book says that is the current official record. Just pointing out.

They don’t seem to be over trained but you never know. I’ve asked the father a couple of times about their diet but he hasn’t responded.
