Alicia is Shawn’s inspiration

Shawn Johnson was quoted saying something dumb:

No one’s ever been successful in a gymnastics comeback, ever in history,” Johnson said. “I kind of have the odds against me, …”

heartlandview

I’ve never seen her so flabbergasted on Twitter before. Insisting that she was misquoted. Direct messaging Alicia to apologize.

Geez. What’s the big deal?

Perhaps she misspoke. Perhaps she was misquoted. … I can’t believe that anyone would accept that she meant to say something that silly.

Update: Alicia’s reply:

I’m too old to care about silly drama like this…the media tends to take things out of context all the time, its no big deal

Steph Davis – extreme psychology

Steph Davis is an American rock climber, BASE jumper and wingsuit flyer. …

A new video is getting wide circulation. Another insane wingsuit edit, unique to this one is how calm Steph is when her parachute tangles. No wonder she was able to free climb El Capitan.
