Qualified candidates will have suitable education and extensive experience. Demonstrated success as a leader with excellent management and communication skills are essential. The preferred applicants will have Level 4 NCCP certification (or the equivalent) and must possess:

Knowledge of MAG National Team and High Performance programs in Canada or in a country ranked in the top 10 in the world.

Several years of working experience with National Team and High Performance athletes and coaches at the National and International levels.

Excellent skills in program design, implementation and management.
