Conference Gymnastics Championships
It’s not all about bragging rights at the various Conference Championships. Those scores still count towards regional qualification.
Southern Utah University will host the final Western Athletic Conference Gymnastics Championship on Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. in the Centrum Arena. The WAC will no longer be sponsoring gymnastics after this season because of conference realignment.

Southern Utah will enter the weekend coming off its best team total of the year in a 196.200 victory over Iowa, San Jose State and Ball State last Friday.
The Thunderbirds are currently ranked No. 34 in the nation and will look to score another 196-plus this weekend to secure a spot into the NCAA Regional meets on April 6. The T-Birds need to finish the year with a top-36 ranking to claim a regional berth. …
