From 28 June till 8 July 24 male gymnasts, born between 1999 and 2002, and 25 coaches from 13 National Federations gathered in Tirrenia (ITA) for the annual UEG training camp. …
The experts present at this camp were Olympic Champion Valery Belenki (AZE/GER), Barry Collie (GBR), Diego Lazzarich (ITA), Valentin Potapenko (FRA), Laurent Maertens (FRA) and Rossana Bonzi (ITA). Cuba did not send a team to Worlds 2014 so they are only allowed to send 3 gymnasts to Worlds 2015. Manrique still could qualify. It would be a shame not to see one of the very best gymnasts in the world compete in Rio.
