Tomorrow I fly to Dakar in West Africa.
I’ll be volunteer Expert at a week long FIG Age Group Programme in the westernmost country on the African mainland.

Senegal is a very stable nation, Dakar a popular tourist destination for Europeans. But I’ll be returning directly to North America after the clinic.

She’ll be very involved as a judge, coach and celebrity. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Chellsie learn some new skills in the gym, now that she has time. 🙂
UCLA Senior Alyssa Pritchett reveals she has been training a huge new tumbling pass for the 2013 NCAA season, a double twisting double back. This tumbling pass is rarely seen at the elite level and should she compete this pass in NCAA competition, Pritchett will make history.
