The top two ranked teams are in the same subdivision. We got a chance to compare them today in podium training.
China looks stronger, in my opinion.
China often takes it easy in podium training. They were better than usual this time.
Japan does even more beautiful gymnastics. But I anticipate they’ll be less consistent.
This is wild speculation. The 3-up, 3-count Team final is still far, far away. No doubt both teams are saving something for showtime π
