There’s no shortage of drama in Brazil. Friday the FIG suspended the Federation because they had not paid fees for the World Cup in Portugal, June 22nd.
Brazil stated that they had made payment the day prior, but that there was a banking problem.
Other disorganized nations, Botswana and Turkmenistan, were also suspended. Botswana is not hosting the next Olympics. There’s the difference. 😦
