The highest team score this year, so far, was Penn’s 444.700. Cal is competitive with the best when they hit. With very little funding.
Congratulations to everyone there who brought this team back from the grave. Especially coaches Brett McClure, J T Okada, Steven Lacombe (graduate assistant) and Jonathen Charter (Volunteer Assistant).

Looks pretty good from this angle. 🙂
The Broncos led from the beginning of the meet and never looked back. Boise State ended its final rotation on vault where Perkins would enter Bronco history. The senior captain anchored the lineup and was awarded a 10.0 from both judges to hit a perfect score. …
Boise is ranked tied for 12th right now. I’d love to see them qualify for Championships 2015. 🙂
It’s not easy competing against two time National Champions Florida. It’s like stepping into the Gator’s maw. 🙂
Balance Beam Situation:
196.950 for Georgia is another strong score, especially on the road. They should be happy with that result. Box and Broussard were great on beam, and they got more 9.9s on beam and floor than they have been receiving. Mistakes still to eradicate, but they’re making noticeable and solid progress.
It was pretty close heading to the end, especially after Florida had some just OK floor routines in the first few spots. …
The Lindenwood women’s gymnastics team put together its best meet in program history on Friday night in Cape Girardeau, Mo. The Lady Lions finished with a team score of 194.700 at the event with in-state rivals Southeast Missouri and Missouri. …

Worlds Floor finalist Scott Morgan with Scott Chandler. One of these guys is approaching 40yrs old. But who’s counting? 🙂
Chandler blew an Achilles at age-36. But doesn’t want to retire until after Championships 2015. In fact, he’s organizing a retirement competition back home in Charlottetown, PEI.
He caught the CHARTRAND release on P Bars at this meet, a personal goal. I doubt anyone else aside from Philippe Chartrand has ever competed that skill. 🙂
