Isabela ONYSHKO is one of the hardest working gymnasts I know. She trains well. In 2015 she’s been very consistent in pressure situations. Canada should be building their Pan-Am and Worlds teams around Ellie and Isabela.
Nick Ruddock is a former gymnast that has worked his way from recreational coach to Great Britain’s Women’s Junior National Coach.
