This week’s gymnastics workout video takes you inside an early morning training session with the University of Oklahoma men’s gymnastics team. This past weekend, the Sooners upset #2 ranked Michigan on the road. They will once again be in the hunt for the NCAA National title come April.

The Kentucky gymnastics team is having one of the best seasons in school history. Heading into a Senior Night meet against Bowling Green on Friday at 7 p.m. ET, the Wildcats are looking to build off of a 196.5 team score – the highest ever for the program.
