Woodward West in California, for example, takes applications online.

The pay is low at most of the big camps, be warned. But the benefits of working in that kind of environment, rich.

Another terrific option is International Gymnastics Camp in Pennsylvania.

Gymnastics Saskatchewan hosted 3 of the 4 Men’s Teams from Western Canada this weekend in Regina. Full results of that meet (PDF) on Gym Score Depot.

I’m back as guest coach at Taiso Gymnastics in Saskatoon, Canada. I was here for most of the 1990s and it’s always great to come home.

The Head Coach is Markos Baikas, responsible for the Canadian Junior National Team program. His top guys are Worlds competitor Jayd Lukenchuk and Commonwealth Games H Bar silver medalist Anderson Loran.

Sunday noon Jan. 9th I’ll be I’m teaching the 3 Men’s modules Level 2 Technical: Pommel, Rings, P Bars. Canadian coaches who want to get those modules should meet us at Taiso. I have space in the course and extra manuals.

Don’t put too much importance on the first meet of the year. Gymnastics Examiner has a good run down on what happened.

Florida is the team to beat out of the gate. Here’s the Gator video recap.
