The gist of that post is to suggest that some school in Texas start a program:

… just take a look at the University of Arkansas. They started their program in 2003 and have already made it to the NCAA Championships a few times and are currently ranked in the top 15 in the country. …

Host Nova Scotia finished a best ever 4th as a team. Unofficially, Evan Cruz from NS was the top AA gymnast in prelims. Congratulations to coach Dave Kikuchi on the great result.
