Fear of alienating white people is pathetic. How do you alienate an entire group of people who, 9/10, never have or choose to enter rooms where they’re the only one who looks like them? Black people didn’t decide for there to be a need for BLM. White people refusing to acknowledge whiteness and the attached privilege as social currency did. Black lives sure seem to matter when they’re on the fields and courts making white people rich.
